Otakar is seconded to the CCDCOE as a subject matter expert from the National Cyber and Information Security Agency of the Czech Republic. He was part of this agency since its inception in 2017, and in his capacity as the lead in the law unit, he dealt with a variety of issues of cyberspace. Namely the application of the cybersecurity act on a national level, which implements the regulation of the European Union and has the goal of unifying the legal framework of European countries for critical and essential information infrastructure.
