Registration Process

For security reasons, CYDEF2024 is taking 2-Step registration.
Please read the followings and with your consent fill in the pre-registration form.
After reviewing your application, we will send you the link for the finalization of the registration.

1. Pre-registration form submitted (the link button on the bottom of this page) will be reviewed by CYDEF2024 Secretariat.
   URLs for finalizing registration will be sent starting from the beginning of November.
   Attendance will be granted after the completion of the 2-step registration.
   Please note that the pre-registration alone does not gives an access to the contents entitled.
2. After completion of the 2-step registration, your ‘Registration Number’ will be sent to you.
   Please make sure to bring your ‘Registration Number’ and your ‘government-issued ID’ (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and show them at the reception counter.
   We will verify your registration and identification by matching the information submitted prior against the ID you present in-person.
3. If the above process does not go through, your attendance may not be permitted. We appreciate your understanding and your cooperation for the procedures and measures we take.

Credits for Certifications

CompTIA

By attending this conference and obtaining a certificate of participation at the registration desk, you can earn the Continuing Education Units (CEUs) required for renewing various certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, DataSys+, Cloud+, Security+, Linux+). The maximum CEUs that can be earned are as follows:

CompTIA A+: 4 CEU, Network+: 6 CEU, DataSys+: 6 CEU, Cloud+: 10 CEU, Security+: 10 CEU, Linux+: 10 CEU

ISC2

CYDEF2024 is eligible for ISC2 CPE credits. ISC2 members are encouraged to self-report their CPE credits based on the time spent attending sessions (excluding social events). One CPE credit is awarded for each hour of attendance. Please retain your certificate of participation as proof of attendance.

Receipt

Receipts can be downloaded from ‘My Page’. If you need an invoice, please contact CYDEF Secretariat.

We only accept credit card payment.

On-site Registration

We take ‘advance registration’ procedure. We do NOT offer ‘On-site Registration’.

Please make sure to bring your ‘Registration Number’ and your ‘government-issued ID’ (e.g., driver’s license, passport) and show them at the reception counter.
We will verify your registration and identification by matching the information submitted prior against the ID you present in-person.

Cancellation Policy

Once the finalization of the registration has completed, we cannot accept cancellation requests.
